'Immaculate stay. I cant think of a single critique. Every single inquiry was met with friendly and immediate response. Short of having a free masseuse on staff I don't really know how it could have been improved.
I am a grouch who is never satisfied because I always nitpick the fringe details, but I'm not exaggerating when I say my only frustration is that I didn't realize the heinekens in the fridge were complimentary so I didnt drink mine ha.'

'Such a cool stay, I traveled solo for a show and had an extra day off so for the price it was perfect. I was able to do laundry and store my belongings. They also offered bikes for transportation, very nice stay def would stay again!'

'It is basic but clean and functional. I recommend using the free breakfast in the morning; there is a non-meat option, and it gets you on the way. Mayor grocery nearby but very well hidden; you will have to use you navigator.
Located between rather busy Olentangy River Rd, I315, and Columbus' mayor attraction: the railway. The locomotives' hooting can be heard all over Columbus but it has its charms and after 10 years or so you get used to it. It was not a problem for me.'

'I just want to say Kristin the manager was unbelievable!! I went thru Expedia to book my room and there was a problem with the 3rd party (Expedia) paying the hotel for the room. Kristin went above and beyond to help me with this. She was very persistent and after over an hour she finally got ahold of Expedia and got this taken care of.
