'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. 'It’s a very pretty hotel. The doormen were gentlemen & very attentive. Dawin, manager of the baggage department was especially good. She was always there to answer any questions we had & made suggestions when we asked for them. She would make an excellent concierge. The front desk staff didn’t seem to know as much as Dawin did. 'Overall great new Marriott property that's only been open 4 months. They have some kinks to work out in their processes (like staffing their bars during the days and having the spa open every day), but staff were great, rooms super comfy, pool area was spectacular, and food and drink at the property were excellent. Construction happening around the hotel makes accessing it and walking around a bit fussy, but in the grand scheme of things, no big deal.'
