This particular room wasn't as clean upon arrival as my past two experiences and there were issues with the lights (not turning on, not turning off, not getting brighter). But maybe this was a one-off?'

'This was an amazing property. Absolutely stunning. Modern décor. Loved all the amenities offered. Free breakfast was included from the coffee shop. The rooms were "smart", electronic powered window shades, lighted mirror in restroom. Loved the glass door refrigerator. Clothes steamer was very handy. We actually ordered one for home now. Room was setup very thoughtfully.'

'The staff was very helpful and curteous. I was booked for two nights and one day upon return from a cruise. The staff remembered me and booked me into a room at 10 am which was extremely helpful since we were checking out at 9 pm. The bellmen were also great helping with luggage and transportation.'
