'Fabulous for airport hotel when needed!'

'Expensive valet parking. Housekeeping requests took almost 2 hours. No one at front desk during check out times and when someone did show up their attitude clearly reflected how they didn’t want to be there/assisting guests. '

'There is nothing grand about this Hyatt. Walls are paperthin and I could hear every next door conversation. No minibar, no roomservice, no in house store to buy any water/beverage/snack in the evening. Breakfast is substandard at premium pricing. Water pressure on the 25th floor was zero, but good on the 12th floor. Multiple lights in room did not work. Gym needs proper cleaning with the level of dust under and on the machines just unacceptable. Beds are comfortable and location is...

'This property has a few decades under its belt, but it’s still fresh and interesting. Being originally designed by legendary architect John Portman, the original thoughtful details and space have been well maintained through renovations. The staff couldn’t be friendlier or more prompt to assist—they really make it a choice place to stay. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and hope to return very soon myself!'
