'First off the staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and professional. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was the twigs restaurant. All staff worked very hard, but it didn’t seem to be run as efficiently as it could, and in fact, I stood in line for a bit to get breakfast and decided it was gonna take too long, so ended up going to their coffee bar, which was fabulous. Other than that major kudos and thanks to everyone here.'

'Arrived at 9pm and had a hard time finding were to check in. Was told there was coffee avalable 24/7... yes it was for a price. Never stayed at even a 4* that didn't have free coffee. The place is isolated up a hill witn nothing around so you need a car and then it aways to a store if you need something. I would not stay there again and really its over priced for what you get. That includes the $10 a day wifi if you are not a member.'
