'Aspects of the stay were great, where other areas required improvement. Front desk staff and pool bar staff were great, provisions (restaurant?) staff was not good. The room was good, but was loud (heard cars from outside and AC all day/night). Bed was great. Shower took 10min before water got hot. Coffee machine was broken and there was nowhere to get a cup of coffee on site.'

'Hotel ligt in downtown waar niet echt iets te doen is. Rivier ligt op loopafstand. Rondom liggen kantoren en in weekend voelt de omgeving een beetje desolaat.Ivm COVID werden kamers niet gepoetst, jammergenoeg kwam er pas de 4de dag iemand aan de deur die vroeg of er iets aangevuld moest worden. Ja lekker koffie. In en uit checken ging vlug, kamer was groot. '

'I would have to say an air fryer would have been nice and more utensils. Sturdier beds, and dining chairs would also have been nice. Also more toilet paper, the communication in the beginning was a bit delayed, the times for check-out was also a bit confusing because the website said one thing while the emails I’ve received said another. However, the overall stay was great! And I was able to get everything I needed.'
