'Located next to subway line 1 to Duomo and 15min walk from central station is amazing. The hotel is very accessible for elderly guests, a lot of accessibility features in the bathroom and emergency buttons. One minor point was the noice in the hallway, you can hear the cleaning people very well. No noice audible from outside. Fairly priced, would recommend!'

'Fijn verblijf gehad in Milaan, mede dankzij dit hotel. De ligging was perfect zo naast centraal station en het gebruik van het openbaar vervoer was ook erg simpel, met name de metro. Het hotel was schoon, personeel was vriendelijk. Op de laatste dag konden onze koffers (beveiligd) achter blijven zodat we zonder bagage nog de stad in konden. Ontbijt was prima, maar als je meerdere dagen er verblijft misschien een tikkeltje eentoning. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden!'

'The hotel location is great, close to Centre, central station and it has its own parking. The breakfast is ok. Unfortunately their cleaning staff entered my room while having the Do Not disturb sign at the door. The reaction of the front desk was awful and ignorant. Actually totally unacceptable. No sense of customer service. I will never go back'

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel bij ontvangst, we kregen een rustige kamer aan de zijkant. Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Koffie wordt aan tafel gebracht, lekkere verse bonenkoffie. Personeel van het ontbijt was ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is schoon en ruim voor 2 personen. '
