'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'The service was friendly and very helpful. Requests for extra bedding and towels were met almost immediately. A complimentary continental breakfast would have added to our stay as we were to be at the hospital by 7am. A $20 breakfast buffet was available but who had time?'
