'We had a very pleasant stay starting with a free upgrade on arrival. The room was very spacious and clean and the view over the bay was amazing. We made use of the pool and the gym which were good too. Only downside was the price of the breakfast, which was not entirely worth it.'

'I had a wonderful stay here. Great hotel, good location but the best was the wonderful staff who helped me a lot. For example after my checkin they where still able to get me in a really short period on a boat tour for the same Day. But they also give a lot of information and arranged my transfers. Great stay and will definitely come back next time.'

'We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. '

'Het hotel was prima, met uitzicht op de bergen van Ha Long Bay, echter voor de deur (overkant weg) zeer grote bouwput, waar 24/7 wordt gewerkt. Jammer voor het hotel, ze kunnen er natuurlijk niets aan doen. Dicht in de buurt van leuk pretpark voor kinderen. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kan door de grootte van het hotel echter niet altijd attent zijn. Prima, luxe ontbijtbuffet. Mooie kamers ook erg luxe. Hotel is niet erg professioneel in het boeken van dagtouren. Veel te duur,...

'It was very nice that a combimation of different accomodations from the same chain formed some kind of village. The atmosphere in those streets was very nice and it was super clean, however there was not a lot of activity going on there in the evening'

'It was a great must do experience and the staff took care of everyone so well. They were polite, kind, generous and it was a pleasure to have to have gone with this company. We preferred this much more then the large party cruises others may experience.'

'I have enjoyed staying at this SeaStar hotel. (Single word SeaStar). Great for families. I like the beds and room service. Buffet breakfast is amazing and has so many varieties. One thing we did not knew until last moment that hotel restaurant can make lunch and dinners on preorders and much cheaper compared to other nearby fancy restaurants. Worth to visit again.'

'Lovely boutique hotel. One of our favorite so far. Good noodle soup—saw some locals eat there as well. Lovely surrounding area— walk along the ocean. You need to drive or take a taxi to the port. '

'We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay.'

'Amazing stay! The best staff and help! If you're wondering whether to book here then do it! I had the best stay at Pamela Angel -Hotel Elite. The owners were so helpful and kind. During my stay I hurt my ankle and they went out of their way to help me and make me welcome. Breakfast was tasty. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were also so nice. I booked a boat tour through the hotel which was brilliant. And the bus and boat back to Hanoi was very comfortable and ran smoothly....
