'We end up not staying there they give our reservation to some one else'

'Excellent'

'First off front desk person tried to help make things right as did the asst mgr. But… Our first room had mold stained shower and the toilet broke. They moved us to another room. It was ok but the bathroom showers need to all be replaced. The floors were dirty and evidenced by my bare feet every time I took a shower - black tracks on the shower floor mat. The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee...

'TOO FAR TO PARK VEHICLE AND A HIDEN CHARED $20,00 A NIGHT, GOT CHARGED TWICE, ONCE BY EXPEDIA AN ONCE BY EMBACISE SUITES, FRONT DESK ATTENDENT NOT CHEERFUL OR POLITE, I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN ANY TOWN.'
