Erg handig na een vermoeiend uitstapjes (bijna elke dag gegeten in de winkelcentrum). Verder is het hotel erg schoon. Wij komen zeer nog een keer terug.'

Its location is great and staff are great, but it also has combination of classic elegance and quality that many other hotels lack. It’s not ostentatious, but everything is super high quality from the breakfast to the rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful and I like that is in the river. My only suggestion are that the beds could probably use new mattresses. But they are still quite good. '

'The staff was exceptional, from those in the breakfast cafeteria to the concierge staff and front desk. I was met with a warm greeting in the morning for breakfast and assisted with my needs for transportation from the front desk and the concierge staff. The hotel cleaning staff kept my room in a warm/welcoming condition the entire two weeks of my stay. I highly recommend this Ritz-Carlton. I also wish to extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff of the Ritz-Carlton.'
