'We chose the St.Regis for its famous lobby and bar and classic charm. We were not told until just before our arrival that the lobby was being renovated and off limits and the bar and restaurant were closed. We understand those are being modernized and the beautiful rooms will also be modernized. Exactly what we do not want, so we will not return.'

'Mooi & verzorgde maar kleine kamers. Portiers & huishoudpersoneel zéér vriendelijk & behulpzaam. Personeel aan de bar een stuk minder vriendelijk, eerder nors. Super gelegen, dicht bij Times Square, 5th Avenue & Broadway maar helaas hebben de werken aan de overkant van de straat ons wakker gehouden… '

'Expensive but worth it. Two adults & 2 younger kids. We got a one bedroom suite that was HUGE. Most of the reasonably priced rooms in the city are the size of shoe boxes. NOTE: though they list that the room sleeps 4 , it doesn’t without rollaways. But the rooms are so big that the rollaways fit no problem. Bed was comfy. Room was quiet-never heard neighbors above, below, or to the sides. Usual NYC noise on the street at all hours but not bad with a white noise machine. Ask for a higher...

'Mooi hotel op een goede locatie gelegen. Heerlijke bedden en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Vanaf het hotel kan je met de metro werkelijk alle kanten op in de stad, een absolute plus. Wij kregen een zeer fijne kamer met een werkelijk top bed! Misschien enig puntje voor vrouwen, neem wel je eigen föhn mee. Een dag later kreeg ik als Expedia rewards gold member een prachtige upgrade waar we erg blij mee waren. Knickerbocker hotel, bedankt voor een heerlijk verblijf.'

'Een heel erg fijn hotel op de perfecte plek. 2 blokken van Central Park en een kwartiertje lopen van Time Square. En de metro om de hoek! Vriendelijk personeel dat erg behulpzaam is en een hele fijn kamer met een heerlijk bed en een regendouche. Iedere dag nieuwe flesjes water !en n schone handdoeken. Kortom echt een aanrader'

'Very close from time square , very professional and friendly staff.i would recommend and stay here again. The 14th floor was very loud , you can hear the sirens and the outside noise in the room . they switched us to the 20th floor and different side of the building and it was better.'
