'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'Het hotel is centraal gelegen in het centrum van Boston. Op loopafstand van winkels, een autoverhuurbedrijf en diverse restaurantjes. Het ontbijt in het hotel is duur. De service is geweldig, op de ontvangst bij aankomst na. Wij moesten wachten tot onze kamer vrij was en de receptioniste was niet erg vriendelijk. Verder is het personeel ( van kamermeisje tot portier) enorm dienstverlenend en servicegericht. Het is zeker een aanrader om dit hotel te boeken!'

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'We arrived and we're told we were upgraded from the standard room I booked into the Lexington Suite. This was the nicest biggest most well appointed hotel room I have ever seen. The shower alone was worth the cost of the room. The bathroom is bigger then my bedroom growing up. Megan the GM was very helpful and the neighborhood was nice and very walkable. I'd give it a 150 out of 10 and would stay again in a heartbeat.'
