'Love the Fairmont and its staff - always a great experience - unfortunately I picked a night that the Biden Party was also there - it would have been nice to know in advance - 30 minutes to get in which made me late for a meeting and 45 minutes wait coming back. From now on I will watch out for Bidens schedule!'

'Hotel was nice. Friendly staff and right by union square. Had a standard room, rnot much of a view. Clean room but small, and not much of a view. Bed was comfortable, bathroom could use some remodelling We were there on a Tuesday, not much to do in the hotel bar itself. Payed around 250 for it. Considering it is SAn Francisco, I was pleased with this hotel.'

'Everything was great, I mean, it’s the Four seasons! The only part that wasn’t so great was finding out that the pool wasn’t available for kids under 15. It makes sense as it’s part of Equinox, but I didnt see this in the details about the property when booking. '

'Very beautiful and unique hotel, but most notable was the very friendly staff especially Amanda, she made sure we had everything we needed at all times, showed us where everything was and made sure to ask if we needed anything every time she saw us in the lobby. I cannot thank Amanda enough for making our stay comfortable and memorable. The Hotel was everything we had hoped for. I would definitely stay there again. '
