'Tegenover het Witte Huis ligt dit hotel. Tikkeltje ouderwets maar de service is fantastisch. Kamers zijn goed uitgerust met allee technische faciliteiten. Kamer zijn wel klein evenals de badkamer De inrichting is klassiek. Goede amenities in de badkamer van Etro. Maar zoals de taxichauffeur zei: De Hay Adams is meer voor regeringspersonen, overheid, De Four Seasons voor de creatievelingen.......'

'Luxe, modern hotel midden in DC. Erg vriendelijk personeel. We konden voor de inchecktijd al naar onze kamer. Echt een grote plus! Onze koffers werden netjes naar boven gebracht, de lampen werden aangedaan en onze pantoffels werden bij het bed gezet. Antwan, de doorman, is zo vriendelijk en gezellig. De zingende doorman, echt geweldig! De deur werd altijd voor ons open gedaan, erg servicegericht. De kamers zijn ruim, luxe, sfeervol en modern. Alles van goede kwaliteit. Echt een tophotel!'

'We stayed three nights in the Pendry for a visit to Washington DC. A nice new and modern hotel located in the attracted Wharf District. On arrival we were ingraded to a nice river view suite. We are good walkers and were able to visit all main attractions of Washington by foot. Using shared boles are also a good option. The hotel pool is very nice and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Hotel is surrounded by many restaurants in various price classes. All staff is very friendly. '

'This hotel is beautiful. But I had a better experience in the New York Location. For my birthday they set up a complimentary plate of chocolate covered strawberries to wish me a Happy Birthday. This hotel didn't do anything for daughter’s birthday. I mentioned it when I did my reservation. The room was nice not what I was hoping for. I guess I didn't pay as much as others. '

'Check-in was seamless even though we arrived several hours early. The staff was wonderfully attentive, but unobtrusive at the same time. The hotel is small, but charming and located in a great area with many restaurants and fabulous shops nearby.'
