'Het hotel is centraal gelegen in het centrum van Boston. Op loopafstand van winkels, een autoverhuurbedrijf en diverse restaurantjes. Het ontbijt in het hotel is duur. De service is geweldig, op de ontvangst bij aankomst na. Wij moesten wachten tot onze kamer vrij was en de receptioniste was niet erg vriendelijk. Verder is het personeel ( van kamermeisje tot portier) enorm dienstverlenend en servicegericht. Het is zeker een aanrader om dit hotel te boeken!'

All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. 'My stay was lovely. In ordering a cheese plate to await my arrival, a friend alerted the staff that it was my birthday. When I entered my very handsome room, a gorgeous little chocolate bday cake, under domed glass, sat waiting for me. Otherwise, the staff was incredibly attentive, the speakeasy was fun for a delicious cocktail, and the overall atmosphere was one of restrained indulgence. The place doesn’t feel ostentatious. Its elegance was much more understated. I loved it'

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'
