'This is a massive hotel. Although in low season, the breakfast during “high hour” 9.00 was terribly crowded. Variety is amazing. The rooms are spacious but smell moldy. Rooms are clean. Beds are good. Lots of swimming possibilities and kids club. Compared to the Kathathani in Chiang Rai, where they let you feel like home, this hotel lets you feel like a number. If there are no problems they are friendly and helpful, however if there are problems, it is not their problem. Like the washing...

'Nice location, direct at the beach, nice seaside. Not much to do around the hotel. Transport to/from hotel expensive.'

'Very very good! '

Zonder meerprijs.'

'We enjoyed the hotel, very sweet and nice staff who helped us alot. The hotelroom itself was also very clean and nice jacuzzi to cool off. '

'Prima hotel met een mooie ligging.'

'Vriendelijk personeel. Goeie locatie, shuttlebus naar patong aanwezig. '

'We verbleven 12 dagen in Novotel.

'This hotel is beautiful! From the lobby all the way up to the rooftop pool, everything is designed with attention to detail and a subtle reference to the Thaibox tradition. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill all your needs and wishes. They are so thoughtful and work so hard just to give you the best experience. And all this with the biggest and most genuine smile ever! The breakfast has an incredible variety and features a pancake station, noodlebar, extensive egg menu, traditional...
