'Absolutely loved our staycation! From the second we checked in, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. Excellent dining options, parking is plenty and easy to navigate and a lot of seating options around the pools. Rooms are comfortable, modern and spacious. Big shout out to Kesha, Melika and Holley who made our stay very memorable. We’ll be back! '

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...

'We got to the hotel in the morning before check in but were given a temporary key to use the pool facilities. The pool is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed using this facility, however, the day we were there it was Easter Monday and for some reason the pool bar was closed, hence the pool area was pretty quiet. We could order drinks through a telephone service by the pool but it took a whole hour to have the drinks delivered. So we were wondering how the rest of the service was going to be during...

'Great getaway in a nice villa with lush greenery. Villa is comfortable with nice setup and the bonus of a balcony and spa bath. Cleanliness in the wardrobe can be better and perhaps the brooms and dust pan can be stored away from the bathrobes.'
