'Het hotel is centraal gelegen in het centrum van Boston. Op loopafstand van winkels, een autoverhuurbedrijf en diverse restaurantjes. Het ontbijt in het hotel is duur. De service is geweldig, op de ontvangst bij aankomst na. Wij moesten wachten tot onze kamer vrij was en de receptioniste was niet erg vriendelijk. Verder is het personeel ( van kamermeisje tot portier) enorm dienstverlenend en servicegericht. Het is zeker een aanrader om dit hotel te boeken!'

'Had an exceptional stay at the Mandarin. Hotel decor is beautiful and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Our room was spacious and bathroom positively palatial. Due to a misunderstanding over time we arrived at Ramsays 2 minutes before end of breakfast service and were graciously seated and served without fuss or the feeling of being hurried. Bravo Mandarin. 'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'Not sure I've ever stayed in a more fine and elegant hotel. From the super friendly, professional staff, to the immaculate and beautiful appointments, the Raffles beats them all. I could not believe the service - the very highest standard, where every single person makes you feel welcome, and wants your stay to be the best ever. Turn down service with hand made sweets, wonderful fitness room, Long Bar, where I was able to have coffee with colleagues in town. It was all amazing. '

'I found this property last minute, booking the day of travel. It is a gem! The employees were all so friendly and the history of the property (revolutionary war era) is fascinating! It was a 1-mile walk to historic Salem, MA. I can’t say enough good things about the Inn and especially the employees. Highly recommend this quaint, charming destination. '

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'
