'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

'Not being from the area, I was confused with where to park, etc. the young man who checked me in did an awesome job helping me figure out how to get to the parking garage. I have a special needs child and they were very nice (and tolerant!) after a long drive and day when he struggled with having to park before going to our room. The room was exceptionally clean, bed felt AMAZING to my broken spine, and the shower! Talk about heaven! They seemed to sense that we needed a room as far from people...

'I wish I would have gotten the lady's name who checked me in. She was so gentle and kind and gave me all the information I needed. The room itself was super nice, spotless, huge comfy beds, the shower and bathroom were stalked with everything you would need. The breakfast in the morning was awesome, there was so much to choose from and it was delicious. Even the people that we gave the key back to were awesome. Lovely hotel!! '
