'We had a wonderful week here aided by good weather but the house and garden had enough space, equipment and facilities for rain not to have spoiled it. Everybody (82-5) enjoyed being here inclusding walks and visits both locally and further afield. The farm shop sells good meat and a variety of fresh veg as well as other deli items. Thanks so much for making this house available..'

'The house had almost all the things one could ask for, certainly enough room for three people and a dog. The fence around the house is open at the front, for people with a dog a closable gate would be nice. No wifi, but that isn't a problem, who needs to be on the internet all day on a vacation? Mobile phone networks do the job just fine. I read the stories about the shower, and indeed it takes some effort to get wet. The neighbourhood was very nice, quiet and close to nature (deer, rabbits etc....

'We had a wonderful time. The house has a beautiful, spacious garden with a great view. The house itself has lots of rooms and is a comfortable base for exploring Braemar and surroundings. Braemar is a nice village with several restaurants, a good butcher and other shops. Lots of walks start in the village. And if you like to see more, there is plenty to do nearby.'

'Beautiful, tastefully decorated cottage in a charming village. Tomintoul is a lovely little town and ideally suited to explore the beautiful Cairngorms.'

'The property is excellent with enough room for us all to have our own space. We know the area well and this house is a stone’s throw from the bay and an easy walk to the Moray Firth. There are many places to visit each with their own character and history. There is something for everyone, young and old. '
