'Communication was good until I checked in. 15 minutes after I entered the condo another woman open the door and said she had rented it for the exact same time. I told her I was already unpacked. I communicated to the management team that there were no no pans, cutting board or knives in the condo to cook with. They did not call me or communicate. I took a ton of food to cook for three days and had absolutely nothing to cook.. This was not a camping trip I should not have had to bring supplies...

'The only thing “Elevated” about this property was the room temperature. Upon checking in we were told there was a “minor” maintenance issue. That issue being that the AC was broke. They offered to bring us fans but the place already had fans in the bedrooms so perhaps this is an ongoing issue. I was told it was fixed and to “wait and see” The temps continued to climb to 85. Its a busy weekend in TC so we couldn't find other accommodations. We were here for a competition otherwise we would have...
