Also you can’t connect your device to the tv like other hotels to stream. You have to pay for movies - old school and limited and faulty as wouldn’t always play the movie. Had to call reception to have Maintence come up. Even then it struggled to work. The Mayfair reception staff didn’t even know the in room iPad could book a taxi. As we booked one for advance...

'Spent 9 nights here. The standard studio I booked was tiny, even though it was advertised as 25m² – no way! Luckily, I was able to move to a larger room the next day. Unfortunately, after a few days, the air conditioning broke down, and this time I couldn't move to a larger room; I had to go back to the tiny one. I wasn't offered any compensation, they said that giving me a larger room for a few days was compensation enough. That was a scam, since the rooms are much smaller than advertised!...
