This well-located apartment sits just minutes from the CBD, with cafés and dining options close by. Inside, it’s compact yet comfortable, with an open-plan layout designed for easy living. The lounge offers a cosy place to unwind with a sofa, rug and TV, while air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round.

The kitchen includes all the essentials for home cooking, with an oven, stovetop, microwave and coffee machine, plus a dining table for relaxed meals or a quiet start to the day. Glass doors open to a private balcony for fresh air, while the shared rooftop and BBQ area offer elevated views and a great spot to wind down at sunset.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds with quality mattresses and built-in storage, with one opening to the balcony. The bathroom is modern and functional, and a separate laundry with washer and ironing facilities adds convenience, along with undercover parking.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves and access to the shared rooftop. Please make yourself at home!

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
