Large beach house perfect for two families. Right on the Esplanade overlooking the gorgeous beach, with views over Fleurieu Peninsula.

The house has a massive balcony so you can enjoy amazing sunsets over the ocean. Direct beach access is via ramp across the road. Wash off in the deluxe hot water outdoor shower.

Built in 2018, the house has all the little luxuries, like walk-in robes in 3 bedrooms, walk-in pantry, Nespresso machine and home theatre with Netflix.

The space
The expansive open plan living, kitchen and dining area upstairs overlooks the ocean. The area opens out to the large balcony. The pull-down balcony blinds are handy in the evenings when the sun sets over the sea.

The second living area downstairs is a large home theatre with projector, armchairs and huge viewing screen. The sofa in the theatre folds out to a double bed.

The Master bedroom upstairs has a large ensuite with shower. The family bathroom downstairs has a shower and separate bath. Both bathrooms have large showerheads.

For an extra $80 per day, access all our sporting equipment - surfboards, bodyboards, wetsuits, bikes, scooters and helmets - in the wooden shed. Different sizes of everything to suit any age.

The backyard includes lawn, 10 ft trampoline, and a sandpit with shade for young kids.

All bedding and bath towels are supplied.

Parking in the driveway for two cars. More parking on the street. Note that the garage will be locked and unavailable for use by guests.

The house is professionally cleaned between visits.
