Stepping inside, natural light fills the interiors while the gentle sound of waves nearby sets the rhythm for slow mornings and relaxed evenings by the sea. At the front of the home, the living area welcomes you with comfortable sofas and wide windows framing views across the dunes and ocean. Settle in with a morning coffee, watch the horizon shift throughout the day, or unwind with a movie after time spent on the beach.

The dining area brings everyone together around a generous table, perfect for shared meals, board games, or planning the next day’s coastal adventures. Just beside it, the kitchen is practical and fully equipped with modern appliances and generous bench space, making everything from quick breakfasts to relaxed holiday dinners easy to prepare.

Outside, the backyard stretches toward the coastline, creating a beautiful open setting for alfresco moments. A stone picnic table is perfectly positioned for outdoor meals overlooking the ocean, while a private path leads directly onto the sand with no roads to cross. A children’s playset and outdoor seating provide space for younger guests to enjoy the fresh air, while indoors a dedicated kids’ play area filled with toys and a play kitchen in the living space keep little ones happily entertained between beach adventures.

Three bedrooms offer peaceful places to rest after sun-filled days. Two feature queen beds and calm, coastal styling, while the third bedroom is designed with children in mind, offering a double bed and a bunk bed. Two well-appointed bathrooms support comfortable group stays, including one with a bathtub for unwinding after the beach.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway, and a full laundry with washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
