'This hotel with a history offers great surroundings near Saranac lake, spacious, modern and clean family rooms, and friendly staff for a reasonable price. During our 3 week trip in July through north east of USA and Canada we planned to stay here for 2 nights but decided to stay an extra night. We were very lucky with the weather ( 75 -82 F) but heard the winter period lasts long and is tough.'

'We stayed for two nights during homecoming for SUNY Canton. It was a girls trip to see our freshman play volleyball and Susan went above and beyond to make our stay both comfortable and memorable.
