'The room was most definitely neglected. It was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like an ashtray. There were roaches every where. The ceilings were cracked and you could see outside. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall with no batteries and had exposed wires. I was beside myself. I ended up leaving as quick as I got there. '

'The room was a shack with so many roaches everywhere a roach literally feel on me the door lock didn't work and even with the heater on the front door gaps on the bottom and side of the door just allowed the cold outside winter air and wind blow on in the room and I also booked a single bed and was put in a 2 bed room '

'I know the rule you get what you pay for yet this place was absolutely not in the same boat for this rule.. People checkin nice and polite.. Cleaners nice and polite. Room was like needing lots of maintence being all was obviously just loose and not secured even the floor in Bathroom was not secure. Refrigerate not secure the door Frame on A/C falling off. plus the bed linen for cover sheet was witha big nasty stanin on it and the room across the hall was allowed ot have loud and very dirruptive...
