'Centrally located in old San Juan lots to walk to in minutes. Faced the inner courtyard so a little noise from rooftop and downstairs lounge was to be expected. Quiet hours 11pm-8am were always upheld though. Clean room and great staff made our stay enjoyable. Thanks to Pedro, Daniel and Josue!'

'The first time we stay at the hotel, everything was exceptional, but the second time it was the complete opposite. We had issues with the bathroom in our room, we didn’t have any hot water and subsequently didn’t have any water pressure or water at all. Also, we found hair in our shower. We mention all of this to the employees, but they seem as though they didn’t wanna to help us. One employee even came up to your room, verified everything we found, said she’ll be right back, and to our surprise...

'By far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had & in a great location of Old San Juan. The staff were amazing, genuine and very helpful. Rachel, Andrea, Alejandro, and so many more on the staff team made the experience seamlessly luxurious. With a late flight, we’re even able to go to their sister property while we wait. 10/10'

'Value and amenities doesn’t match the price Beautiful hotel with historical charm. Ideal for a daily visit/ tour or a very short stay. Some staff could be a bit warmer and more welcoming. Mattress could be updated for comfort. Patio could be maintained more. Also, would recommend candles for insects. The modern updates clash with historical charm. Lighting abnormalities in room. Water marks in bathroom ceiling. Bathroom shower not user friendly - prone to flooding bathroom. Overall a 3/5...

'Quaint small hotel but rooms weee big. Clean, modern and best central location to everything in old Adan Juan. 2 blocks from pier, two blocks from the Moro, shopping and restaurants. Ate at Cafe el Pubti and the food could not have been any better with very decent prices. Exceptional. We parked at the big parking station for $24 from 6 overnight till check out 3 blocks away'

They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. 'The room was clean and small (we knew that going into it). The staff was responsive and communicative. The WiFi was okay- worked most of the time. The AC was amazing. We were on the third floor which was quite a hike but we knew that going into it. They provided beach towels and luggage storage after our stay which was super helpful!'

J’ai demandé de faire la chambre.Le lendemain la 3 e journée la chambre n’a pas été faite Je suis allé a la reception me plaindre car enfin un être humain. La préposée a écris une note dans son ordi.La 4 e journée même situation et je me suis encore plaint.Dans tout mon séjour ils n’ont jamais nettoyé ma chambre , pas de serviette propre. En plus pas d’eau...

'Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were given our room almost an hour after the official check-in time, which was extremely inconvenient. During our stay, there were recurring issues with the water service; at times there was no water at all, and hot water was unavailable as well.The parking area was also in poor condition and did not appear to be properly maintained. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet our expectations, and the lack of basic amenities...

'Perfect location with everything around you. Viejo San Juan about 10 min away. Distrito T-Mobile is located right outside the hotel, which was the best part about the stay. We will be back!'
