'the staff made our stay'

'De kamer stond propvol met meubelstukken die geen enkel nut hadden. Je kon amper rond het bed lopen. Wij waren in kamer Tokio. Badkamer was OK. Het hotel is vooraan gelegen aan een 4-baanse hoofdweg. Aan de achterkant een andere drukke baan. Luchtkwaliteit was allicht erg slecht.'

'Localización excepcional justo en el centro de Nottingham. Es un estudio en una residencia de estudiantes que en verano alquila sus estudios; y por tanto no tiene todos los servicios de un hotel. Alquilas un estudio/apartamento y tu te encargas de mantenerlo durante la estancia. Edificio tranquilo durante la estancia.'

'Way too Many stairs......Staff great and very helpful. lovely unit but please replace the carpet as even though it's cleaned every day, it still looks dirty.....'

'De hotel en locatie zijn verder prima, perfect voor een korte reis. De lift daar en tegen was niet zo goed, het duurde telkens veel te lang voor dat ie op je verdieping was en de speakers in de lift bleven bij elke verdieping maar aangeven dat de deuren open en dicht gingen. Na een paar dagen woed dat heel vervelend.'

'Bed should be replaced and fruits at the breakfast as well. Staff is amazing.'

'Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep. My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room.'

'Hotel situated in the city centre. Very nice decorated. Beds are good, shower is good. Although the fan in the bathroom and the lights of te mirror did nt work. This was a bit dissapointing for such class hotel. Personell very friendly. would come back '

'They had some challenges with the card-system, but how they dealt with the situation: extremely friendly - extremely helpful, they did everything they could to make sure we suffer from the situation. Great and safe location (not too far from the city center), and a fantastic breakfast (super friendly Scottish guy who served us breakfast as well). Worth the price :-) '
