'We absolutely loved our stay from beginning till almost the end. When we arrived we were told by the male staff member that breakfast was included. At check out that turned out not to be the case. We should have checked ourselves, but the insincere apology from the manager is the reason why we left somewhat disappointed.'

'Lovely stay. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Really convenient for The Royal Concert Hall for someone with limited mobility. Whole hotel is a little tired, but was clean and facilities were excellent. The bathroom in the room was well proportioned but the toilet was situated under a grab rail which made it virtually inaccessible for a larger person, sitting sideways was the only option. The restaurant was lovely, but was under staffed, there only appeared to be one (lovely, helpful)...

'I booked hotel on the same day of the stay. It turns out a form must be filled in and completed prior to being allowed in just the hotel reception. Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host. Once the information was submitted, followed by a secondary transaction of a significant sum in the reception to act as damage waiver, we were finally granted access to our room. 'We were in the rooftop attic room. Pro - hotel is in a very good location, convenient for exploring the town easily. The bathtub and shower were fantastic, great water pressure and temperature. The room itself was clean on arrival. Con - the white furniture and bed headboard are quite stained and filthy looking. The hotel owner needs to get it professionally cleaned or replaced. 'Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter. 'Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep. My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room.'
