'We absolutely loved our stay from beginning till almost the end. When we arrived we were told by the male staff member that breakfast was included. At check out that turned out not to be the case. We should have checked ourselves, but the insincere apology from the manager is the reason why we left somewhat disappointed.'

'De kamer stond propvol met meubelstukken die geen enkel nut hadden. Je kon amper rond het bed lopen. Wij waren in kamer Tokio. Badkamer was OK. Het hotel is vooraan gelegen aan een 4-baanse hoofdweg. Aan de achterkant een andere drukke baan. Luchtkwaliteit was allicht erg slecht.'

'The air conditioning wouldn’t work in the room and was reported twice and not repaired. A fan was supplied but that just blew the hot air around the room and was very noisy. I understand that problems occur, but this clearly wasn’t working before we were assigned the room. Finally no discount or future credit for the discomfort was offered. The staff were polite but didn’t seem inclined to solve the issue.'

'Good location. Nice spacious rooms & bathrooms and we had a great patio. Only downside is the carpet (bit worn) would rather have hard surface.'

'Great that the parking is opposite the hotel. Friendly booking in and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection and was freshly cooked. We would choose to stay at Ibis again when we visit Nottingham.'

'Although many stars given by me, my all in all result is 3 stars because of the all day long (24/7) heavily humming noise I heard in my room. Luckily I had a couple of earbuds with me that I was going to use during a pop concert, so I didn't hear the noise during my sleep. My room was a single person room, number 31. So if you get that one offerred, immediatly ask for another room.'

'Unfortunately, our stay fell short of expectations. On arrival, around half of the cutlery and crockery was missing, and what was provided was dirty and still covered in food. There was also no washing-up liquid or sponge available until we specifically asked for it. The room itself was uncomfortably hot to the extent that we had to turn the heating off and keep the windows open, despite it being winter.
