'This was a great little cottage with close access to Letchworth State Park. Everything we needed was provided, and we really loved the outdoor fire ring! Perfect for our family weekend away to experience New York fall foliage!'

This is a cottage and has a few quirks, which we found endearing. The beds were very comfortable and the electric blankets were a game changer and allowed us to drop the temp more at night. Wanted to hike the trails, but my dog wasn’t a fan of of the deeper snow, despite his long legs. Having stayed here in the summer, I know the woods and trails would have been beautiful. '

'My family and friends have been staying here every year. The house is very cozy and has great amenities, The lakeside location is beautiful! Kayaks are available for a paddle on the lake. There is also fire pit lakeside to enjoy in the evening. The house has an on demand water heater so everyone has a hot shower at the end of the day. We are so happy we have been able to make this house our home one weekend a year.'

'Enjoyed the stay, great accomodations. (You may want to spray for wasps behind shutter near gas grill. We had no issue with the bees but avoided them due to having a person allergic to bees with us. Also, door handle to deck door is loose and did come off. Just needs tightened with Allen wrench) '
