'The room was dirty. You could tell someone was sitting on the bed with propped up pillows, trash can had a dirty pair of underwear in it and trash on the floor. We were then given a room with a single queen bed (we paid for a room with 2 single beds). It was a tiny nasty room with torn curtains. We were under time constraints or we would have waited in line for another room.'

'I’ll explain a bit about the 1 star rating but first, the positives. The front desk (owners) were very pleasant and kind when we checked in and parking was easy and plentiful. After that, I should have left instead of paying $250+ for our night in that hotel. I am actually stunned that a hotel in a college town could get to that point. I almost forgot where we were. It’s very close to having a drug motel vibe. Cracked old vinyl chairs in lobby, water stains on tile ceilings down hallway, broken...
