'Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!'

'You are renting a time share, and staying in someone else's place, with their furniture, flat screen TV, cable, etc. The unit I rented had folk with good taste, two bedrooms , each with its own private bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen, with a large balcony overlooking an endless beach directly on the Atlantic ocean. We kept the balcony doors closed as the sound of the surf was pretty intense. The complex has six stories, we were on the second floor. There are elevators. All units...
