'Our room was next to the breakfast prep area and every morning there was an inordinate amount of noise from 6am on. Our AC was making a terrible vibrating noise. We informed the staff of both of these concerns and nothing was done to remedy them. We have stayed in this Hampton Inn many times in the past and never had these kinds of problems. Very disappointing.'

'I wrote a review previously and I now received another review request I presume hoping I would change my review. I had an awful time at this hotel. The staff was terrible. The room was ok but the garbage pails were never emptied during our entire 2 day stay. We waited more than an hour & a half for an additional blanket after calling the front desk 3 times & only to find after not deciding to call a fourth time they the blanket was left at the door without the person even knocking to let us know...
