'awesome place '

'We were able to check in early. The room has not been touched up for cleanliness dust and floors needed swept. The beds are very uncomfortable and squeaky. No blow dryer or tissues.'

'Loved our stay at the cottage! It was clean and spacious!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage gave our family plenty of room to relax and unwind, far more than we would have had in a hotel. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked, and the host's communication was outstanding. The location is a little secluded, but that's part of its charm. The scenery is beautiful, and the peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway.'

'What a wonderful weekend! We were in town with two other families to watch our boys play lacrosse in a tournament. Instead of staying in a boring hotel we had this beautiful retreat in the woods after a long day of games. Parents sat by the fire and relaxed while the boys played pickleball, kayaked, yard games, etc. Our only regret is that it took us 5 years of traveling for sports to figure this out!! Thanks for a great weekend--we hope to be back next summer.'

'Beautiful, peaceful spot perfect for 1-2 guests. The hosts were great at communicating and the price was very reasonable!'

'We had a great time at the Shoe House! It was a fun and unique experience!'

'The cottage is beautiful views all the way around the property. The pool was amazing!! I will be back this is my family’s second visit we look forward to many more.'
