'I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the...

'This place is awesome! Plenty of room for everyone. This is in the heart of Lancaster Amish country and the click dry clack of horse carriages can be heard from the spacious porch. There is a full game room in the basement and we used this as a separate bedroom with a cot that was provided. Ken was a fantastic and very friendly host. He was willing to provide anything we needed. I wish we had more time to spend here. '

'This place is great. Centrally located to get to a lot in Lancaster. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. I thought street parking might be an issue but we always found a spot. We even got some time in the hot tub! Kathy was the best to work with, will definitely stay here again next time we are in town. '

'Morning coffee on Conestoga Creek. Peaceful. The house is nestled in a wooded dell, surrounded by Amish farm country. So lovely and cozy. The host provided many little details to make the stay carefree, restful, and convenient. Good for country walks, outdoor dining on the water, and minutes from local tourist sights. I would absolutely stay here again.'
