Thank you so much for your positive words ! Very much appreciated. And yes ,, the mess on the sidewalks near the entrance of the app. building is a PLAGUE . We - people who live there - are fighting for years now against this multinational/ and the messy sidewalks,, with placing their storage products there /// lawyers / police / the city council etc etc/ it seems that big comp. like these food chain supermarkets- are untouchable / incredible but this is today's world. Thanks very much for ur review . How wonderful reading you spent 3 lovely days in Mark Westpark studio ,and you appreciated my tips and tricks. And that ur stay was so comforabl and the studio was exactly according to your expectations.. some corrections concerning my approach to guests when check in: I inform my guests that l check the studio a few times during their stay / and clean toilet- shower room/ empty bins etc if needed/ that's calked: xtra service / always done when guests are not in / check in time : you knew quite well that l informed about your arrival times about 6 times in 1 week - you refused to give me that info , that's why l decided to set the time for 20.00 hrs Pm. as l work as freelancer and need to know and make my schedule to fit in check in guests...only on arrival day you informed me ,after l had to almost beg for it. This is the accurate story line. A little correction so to speak. I arranged a taxi for you / checked you out in person // you thanked me for ur wonderful stay and experience. You were the best of guests . You are always welcome staying again and our personal contact was excellent ,l rated you as 5 stars guests. Hallo dear John and Helen- thanks so much for your nice and lovely positive words in your review. Highly appreciated . Again- it was a pleasure having you as my guests and I really hope you come back again in summer or autumn- when Amsterdam is on its best. ( and we can have that coffee I promised you ) So sorry to read you wanted a kettle for making tea ( and could not find one ) I actually provide one- I even provide some boxes with tea and glasses ( which are stored in the minifridge ) the tv is working ( oh yes ) but needs a media box - which is also available. I realise- it is the small things that count as well. But- in general you had a fab time- as you told me when checking out.- I do hope seeing the both of you again as my guests in the future.
