Very disappointing and concerning experience.
There was water leaking through the bathroom light fittings, creating a serious electrical and fire hazard, along with ongoing work in a neighbouring room every morning causing noise and disruption.
I was relocated, but the new hotel was worse. The room had a broken window covered with tape, a hanging door handle, unstable flooring, mold around the windows and in the bathroom, and was visibly unclean. I also requested a double bed as I’m travelling with a child but was given two single beds that could not be moved together.
My family remained in the original hotel despite the electrical issue, which was extremely worrying.
There was a clear lack of care or urgency from the hotel, and they have been unresponsive when contacted through Expedia.
Overall, I did not feel safe in either accommodation. Very stressful and poorly handled — I would not recommend staying here
