'Property is located inside Ba Na Hills Village which is only reachable using the Cable Car. The station you need to reach is Toc Tien Station. Cable car cost 700,000 VND for Adults, and 560,000 VND for kids between 1-1.4 m otherwise free. You MUST arrive at 4.30 PM at the station for check in or otherwise you have to stay somewhere else. 'It was a wonderful trip that I had with my daughter. We had an amazing time and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean, pristine and well-kept. The staff were helpful and supportive. The location was perfect for my needs.'

'Das eigene Pool beim gebuchten Zimmer war sehr gut, ebenso das Frühstück. Vorallem wenn man früh geht, sind weniger Leute da. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Leider war das größte Problem die Sauberkeit. Bereits beim Check-in waren die Böden schmutzig und es war staubig und im Bad wurde nur schlecht geputzt. Über die Woche hinweg wurde es leider nicht besser. Hier ist definitiv aufholbedarf. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass es beim eigenen Pool keine Sonnenliegen gab....

'It's hardly a 5 star hotel. Staff understanding of English is poor and their service attitude is not consistent across all staff. To claim 5 star status they need to take a long hard look at a real 5 star property and bring staff and amenities up to standard. Too many bus tour groups downgrade the experience. The buffet breakfast room is a very noisy cafeteria style environment so much so my wife refused to eat there again. Fortunately we discovered another far more comfortable breakfast place...

'We stayed one night to see the Hoi An Memories show and be close by, but wished we could stay longer. This is a first class resort with awesome facilities. Rooms are big, modern, comfortable and immaculate. Hotel and grounds are beautiful and the pools are super nice, especially the infinity pool overlooking the river. 'Our stay at the KA Villa was excellent ❣️ The rooms are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Fabulous AC and fans which are essential. The rooms were cleaned every day, washing taken and returned the same day at no extra cost.
