'The staff and property management were top notch. Excellent location and easy walk to the beach. The room was large and very clean. Our only complaint was the small bathroom. It was tiny. The breakfast was outstanding every morning, made fresh and delicious. The pool was a very nice surprise, very large and clean. Also get a dedicated parking spot for your room.'

'Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Sandy was amazing and made sure the room had everything i requested (and more)!!! Breakfast and snacks were delicious. Umbrellas next to the front door in case you forgot to bring one, like I did. Property was in the most perfect location - walking distance to/from the city, but just far away to not be caught up in all of the hustle and bustle. Stayed in the Caroline (RM 102) and it was stunning. Way better than the pictures. 1000/10 and will not...

'The room was clean and tidy. The parking is a couple blocks away so it was a nice walk back. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. A couple of bottles of water in the mini fridge would be nice. Overall it was a pleasant stay'

'The pros: Location, right in the heart of the historic district Large king size bed Cons: Parking, it's a few blocks away and they charge you extra for it plus extra for housekeeping May need earplugs as close to bars (depending on time of day) Needs some updating- the tub was peeling, there was a towel rack not fulling attached to the wall, a missing curtain rod It's labeled a bed and breakfast but there's no breakfast'
