'Good front desk service. They informed us that if we wanted to go to downtown Ottawa, we can use public transportation, so we took the bus and train. This was our kids' first experience getting on a train! Thanks to the front desk team! '

'Everything was great. For the price i wasnt expecting much, especially after staying a week before at the Days Inn down the road a week earlier that was horrible. Quiet, convenient and comfortable. For what is is a solid 5 star rating.'

'I stayed for two night me and my two buddies we only reserved for one night at first but then decided to stay another. The bed was like sleeping on clouds, the kitchen cleaner then my mom’s kitchen. Pool was nice and warm hot tub was perfect. As well as the chop steak house next door was absolutely delicious thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in the grand suite'

Beds are comfy and shower pressure is awesome. Did not use the pool but we did use the gym which is well equipped.

'The room was large and comfortable. Not necessarily senior accommodating as my mom fell going into the bathroom.
The restaurant was friendly and very good, but way too expensive.

Lovely lobby with smooth jazz and friendly staff. Big room with a terrific view of the swimming pool with the city skyline in the back. Amenities were great and so was parking. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!'

'Parking, breakfast and wifi was included so it was peace of mind for us. Superficially clean but there was some dust on curtain panels in our room and panels were dark blue so it was visible. Overall it was good and yes for sure I would consider this business again if we visit Ottawa. '

"Keurig appartement, erg comfortabel, zeer goede kwaliteit voor je geld. De algemene voorzieningen zijn top, de stijl is fijn gekozen. Het personeel is aardig. De afwerking van de inrichting is redelijk goed, hier en daar zou het nog wat netter kunnen. De airco was een beetje raar; in gebruik maakte hij vrij veel herrie, maar zelfs als je 'm uitzette sloeg hij nog wel eens aan, wat onhandig is. "
