'$35 to park is terrible. Love the decor'

'Property is dated and needs a facelift. Hallways smell a little dank and musty. Rooms were ok, but definitely could use updating .'

'The staff was very helpful & accommodating when we expressed our concerns. We had booked this stay as an in between stop on our long vacation & mainly booked it because it had an indoor pool the kids could use for the few days in the middle. We also were unaware there is a parking fee of 8 dollars every night you stay. We did leave a night early simply because the pool was closed for the weekend. When we arrived it was closed & we were told it would be closed all weekend but was open around 9 at...

'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'When I pulled up I was concerned because the hotel was kind of hidden and looked older. To my surprise the room was very updated, clean, quiet, and the breakfast was fantastic. I would stay here again.'

'Hotel did not have a full service restaurant better breakfast but limited hours'

'Staff was Great, Great Location. Nice Restaurant Bartender was great!'

'Lots of hidden fees, they charge you after checkout'

'The property was immaculate! The room we stayed (Chase suite) was gorgeous!! The staff were so wonderful and helpful and the location was perfect. Loved everything about this property'

'A true hidden gem close to downtown shops and restaurants. The property was impeccably clean & the staff was very attentive. They also have a stocked whiskey bar and delicious pastry delights from a local baker. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and certainly were given the royal treatment! We will definitely return . On site parking is available for a chargeand there is a lot just 2 minutes away.'
