'Cant fault the property, but the letting agent leaves a lot to be desired. Good communication during lead upto stay via e mail and phone. 3pm was the check in time but they never arrived, now the worst thing about this was the stress.After 3pm passed i e mailed and phoned but no answer which was very stressful. Agent?? Arrived at 3:30 She was dressed in a " Top Car" uniform, so i can only assume she wasn't able to get away from work on time,and that the agent is trying to do it on the cheap.But...

It is close to the shopping centre and a 20 minute walk to town where there are many shops and restaurants to choose from. Everything you need is there, a real home from home. 'We are a family of 2 adults, four children 6,9,11 and 13 years and this was our first villa holiday. Easy booking and great communications with property manager. Check in was easy and first impressions on arrival were great. Location of villa is ideal, close enough to all amenities but far enough away to be peaceful and private. 'The villa is simply beautiful. Very spacious, clean and offering a fantastic view of the ocean. The pool area is wonderful, equipped with multiple loungers and a brick built barbecue. The location is superb with local shops just a 5 minute drive away. For a family, the villa offered lots of options including inside and outside dining, a comfortable lounge area and wifi. 'A great apartment for a good price. We liked the location. Not so much to do in neighborhood. We like to walk and that was great. Next village about 2 km. Kitchen needs an update. No towels to dry the dishes and we think a few more bath towels should be great. A rental car is recommended. Pool is wel maintained. Perfect communication with the owners. Very friendly. 'The location of this villa was very good. Nice quiet residential area but within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of the town and beach.plenty of really good restaurants and shops.the villa itself was very roomy with lovely grounds watching the golfers is a nice way to pass the time. Javier the host went above and beyond helping us out by retrieving a bag left in a taxi.Thank you so much javier! Would highly recommend this villa but would also recommend hiring a car.'
