'DeBrett is a beautiful hotel, with a very original interior design. Location is perfect in downtown Auckland. Room was clean, service good. The free daily drink in the guest-only library room is a very nice feature and gives the hotel a home-like feeling. Complimentary continental breakfast is basic but good. 'I recently stayed at the msocial hotel in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find a travel adapter available at the front desk, a small but thoughtful touch that saved me a lot of trouble. 'Fantastic place to stay in Auckland! This hotel is a mere 5 minute walk from the SkyBus stop to the airport which made it extremely convenient for us. The staff were helpful, the room was clean (and quiet) and our overall experience was great. Definitely recommended for a stay in Auckland. It’s within walking distance of tons of restaurants and stores too!'

Only downside is no onsite parking, however there are many convenient parking buildings nearby that you can pre book for a fairly affordable rate. '

'Ohtel is a comfortable hotel at a great location. Because of the terrible weather in Auckland the elevator was not working. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

'Great place to stay when visiting Auckland! Situated on Queen street at a Sky Bus stop (really right in front of the door), the hotel is close to the main attractions in the city. The room was very clean and modern. Great fitness room as well!'
