'Our room smelled like mold as soon as you walked in, they were doing construction in the Room room above us till about 7 o'clock every night. Our TV did not work properly with the remote and it had a very snowy picture. The staff was excellent whatever you needed they came and brought you. Going down to the pool every morning though you didn't get a towel till at least 1 o'clock in the afternoon.'

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...

'Place is beautiful with plenty to do but the staff at the Baha Mar are extremely rude and unhelpful. They act like they hate their lives/jobs and being there is the last thing they want to do. Also, however expensive you think it’s going to be, times it by 10! Prices are outrageous with tax and tip included in everything!'
