'This hotel was absolutely terrible. The conditions sucked; we had barely any water the whole stay and we were woken up by a “false alarm” fire alarm 2 nights out the 3 we were there. The hotel smelled horrible throughout the hallways, and there were roaches near the vending machines that didn’t even have water in them. 'I've stayed in many IHG hotels, and even though this Holiday Inn is an old property, I believe the staff works extraordinarily hard to make everything as good as it could possibly be. 😁. 'Good but overpriced. Surprise of a huge daily deposit that is in the small print. We saw multiple people at check in that weren’t aware of it. Food was excellent but slow service. Room was very comfortable but they do turn the AC down at night. Views and balconies are incredible however walls are very thin and we had neighbors that partied loudly all night which was unpleasant. No security on the grounds that we ever saw. 'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...

'Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. '
