The Beach Club has the beautiful versailles gardens that are breathtaking and the grounds ooze history of opulence. '

'Taxi driver told me not the best location but was OK for overnight waiting on connecting flight. Hotel and staff were really great, very friendly and helpful. Would have liked a chair in my room but other than that it was really good '

'The staff at this hotel were A1! So friendly and helpful. The lobby and pool areas were great, although the street noise when by the pool can be pretty excessive. The rooms were a standard hotel room with newer heat pump-style cooling unit and “hardwood” floors, not carpet. The hallways were the only area needing a good amount of cleaning or redoing. This hotel is in a great location too! Don’t forget, you get what you pay for and this one isn’t too expensive. '

'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'The property is aged, i felt it was a clean room (man clean) my wife was on the fence in that category. The toilet flushing button had some cleanser (blue stuff) on the button. Breakfast filled the void, hot items were tasty and warm, lots of cold options as well. Coffee was quite watery. The staff were very friendly, and helpful with good advice for local attractions. It’s a great hotel location wise…. Very close to the cruise ships and ‘downtown’. 15 minutes to the airport. The time of season...

'Money got stolen from my safe! Overal room was kinda outdated, the bathtub was plugged. There was litteraly 2 nice people from all the staff, the lady at front desk atleast gave me 100 dollar discount for the inconveniance. Overal the crimes in Bahamas are very high , i felt unsafe unfortunally. '

'The staff was not welcoming especially the front desk. The staff is unresponsive to phone calls. It took hours to get a blow dryer. During the trip my key band stopped working. The first question I was asked, were you suppose to check out today. When I still had several days left of the trip. I was truly disappointed in the trip. '

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...

'Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. '
