'Easy access, walking distance to the beach. Furniture in living room could be replaced, other than that it is a good place to stay.'

'Nice, but kinda worn. The front door lock doesn’t work…very hard to unlock/lock from outside. The bed in the small bedroom is uncomfortable. The shower in small bedroom bathroom is corroded and hard to regulate. The sink in small bathroom leaks in back top. Latches on screen doors and back gate are rusty. Otherwise, fine. '

'We stayed for four nights in May and had a good experience at this home. For the two of us, there was ample space and amenities on the first floor to get us satisfied. The kitchen had the basics we needed, and there was plenty of space to relax in the adjoining rooms. The neighboring homes are well setback. We didn't hear disturbances at night. The home did have a couple of quirks that took some getting used to. The first is that most of the rooms on the downstairs floor have a step or two...

'The location of the house is ideal for easy beach access. Great for families! We've been coming to this property every year for the past 5 years. This year we had to deal with unacceptable cleanliness issues upon arrival. More issues were discovered throughout our 5 night stay. Unfortunately we may look for a different property next summer.'

'My husband our little dog and myself had a great stay! We did a quick overnight and everything we needed was provided at this property! Quick walk or drive to shops and restaurants and the beach was also very close. We spent our last afternoon there and had a great time! Since our first day there it was pretty windy and rainy the fireplace was so nice and cozy! They even allowed for a little earlier check in which was appreciated, We were cold:) My husband and I really enjoyed our anniversary...

Perfect walkable distance to the ocean and store. The location was quiet and great for sleeping and relaxing. Rockaway beach doesn’t have a lot of businesses but tillamook was an easy drive '

'This is our 2nd year here. Great location, lots of room for family play. The place was clean when we arrived. Communication was terrific. Thank you for a memorable weekend.'

'Perfect 2 bedroom with sleeper sofa. My husband and 2 kids (11/13) stayed here. We like the proximity to everything and super close to the boardwalk/promenade start.It has a washer/dryer which is nice (we didn’t use it but definitely a perk if you need it. The inside is so charming. The only thing that would make it out of this world would be a hot tub. But as is, it’s amazing.'

'My wife and I enjoyed the house nicer than i expected, we usually stay at new houses or higher end hotels and this was clean and had no problems. The only thing we didn’t like is the neighbors and bums squatting all day by the house they were not to friendly which is out of the home owners control but the last day got worse so we left early.'

Simple but Clean and Well-Located

"This motel is exactly what you see, very basic, but good. Upon entering, the light scent of chlorine reassures you that everything is clean and well-maintained. It’s centrally located, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I can imagine that in the summer months, being so close to the beach, this would be a great base for an amazing vacation."
